Notice of Dissolution of Jesus Lambs Family Center, Inc., Elwood, Nebraska
On January 26, 2026 at a duly called meeting, the Board of Directors of Jesus Lambs Family Center, Inc., located at 704 Smith Ave, Elwood, NE, authorized the dissolution of Jesus Lambs Family Center, Inc. with the process of dissolution to begin May 29, 2026. This was by unanimous vote.
Upon final dissolution, all assets of Jesus Lambs Family Center, Inc. shall be transferred to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, located at 704 Smith Ave, Elwood, NE. The managing of these assets will be under the direction of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church’s Board of Directors.
The assets of Jesus Lambs Family Center, Inc. to be transferred to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church include monetary assets (checking and savings accounts) and physical assets (classroom supplies and furniture, playground equipment, etc.).
